Milodons Cave

Cute Kids

This bizarre looking sculpture is worth a place as our picture of the month.
The sculpture stands as a monument in celebration of a giant ground sloth called Mylodon darwini, the skin and bones of which were discovered in a cave in Chile in 1895. The sloth species, now extinct is believed to have lived around 10,200 - 13,560 years ago.
