Last month's image
brought in very few correct queries. First person in with the correct answer was Alain Hocepied, followed by Kim Jarvis and Eric Stranford. The image was of Ariau Amazon Towers. The highest unit, called the Tarzan House, sat within a living Mahogony tree at a height of 22 metres. Sadly the towers closed at the beginning of 2016, 30 years after the first tower was built,
due to declining numbers in tourism after the twin towers went down in the USA.
However they still have a wonderful
blog on plant species in the area.
