8 Days, 7 Nights​ 

 DAY 1 — ARRIVE IN MARRAKECH

Arrive in Marrakech and transfer to your riad in the heart of the medina. The remainder of the day is free to explore this captivating city at your own pace.

Lose yourself among the colourful souks and spice markets, browse traditional crafts and soak up the lively atmosphere of the ancient medina. As evening falls, experience the magic of Djemaa el-Fna, where musicians, storytellers, performers and food stalls bring the square to life.

DAY 2 — MARRAKECH TO OUARZAZATE

Leave Marrakech behind and journey across the spectacular High Atlas Mountains towards Ouarzazate, historically an important stopping point for traders crossing the Sahara.

Today, Ouarzazate is also famous as a film location, with the opportunity to visit its renowned film studios and discover some of the sets used in major productions.

DAY 3 — OUARZAZATE TO MERZOUGA & CAMEL TREK

Journey towards the Sahara through the dramatic Dades Valley, known as the “Valley of 1,000 Kasbahs.” Continue through traditional villages, lush valleys and changing desert landscapes towards Merzouga and the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.

In the afternoon, begin your camel trek across the dunes. Arrive at your desert camp in time to watch the sunset before enjoying a traditional dinner and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.

DAY 4 — ERG CHEBBI TO AÏT BENHADDOU

Rise early to witness a spectacular Sahara sunrise before enjoying breakfast at camp. Return across the dunes by camel before continuing towards Aït Benhaddou. Explore this remarkable UNESCO World Heritage-listed ksar, a beautifully preserved fortified settlement and one of Morocco’s most iconic historic sites.

DAY 5 — AÏT BENHADDOU TO ESSAOUIRA

Travel west through Morocco’s scenic argan forests towards the Atlantic coast and the charming seaside town of Essaouira. Explore its UNESCO-listed medina, lively harbour, artisan workshops and galleries, or simply relax and enjoy the town’s laid-back atmosphere. In the evening, savour fresh seafood or take a sunset stroll along the historic ramparts.

Overnight: Riad in Essaouira

DAY 6 — ESSAOUIRA

Enjoy a full day at leisure in Essaouira. Wander through the atmospheric medina, browse local art and crafts, explore the harbour or relax on the beach. With its relaxed pace and Atlantic setting, Essaouira is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Morocco.

Overnight: Riad in Essaouira

DAY 7 — ESSAOUIRA TO MARRAKECH

Return to Marrakech for your final evening in Morocco. Spend your night exploring the vibrant medina and colourful souks, or discover the modern Ville Nouvelle. Enjoy one final taste of Moroccan cuisine and soak up the sights and sounds of the Red City.

Overnight: Riad in the Marrakech Medina

DAY 8 — DEPARTURE

After breakfast, enjoy some final time in Marrakech before your transfer to Marrakech-Menara Airport for your journey home.
